Records Management Consulting
Archives Consulting Services employ a team of fully qualified and experienced archivists who work with customers to advise on legislative requirements for records management. All work carried out is in accordance with international best practices. Areas that we specialise in include Document Retention and Destruction Policies, Electronic File Management, ISO 15489 Certification, Records Management Training & Procedures, File Audits.
Scan Image Services specialises in electronic document capture and EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems). We can advise on the best scanning and imaging solution to meet your current business needs. This includes everything from historical back file scanning projects, to managing ongoing document capture needs. We can work onsite at your premises if required.
Filestores can securely store your archived material offsite in our purpose built Record Centres. When you need to recall an item from storage we will deliver it back to your premises. All files and boxes are barcoded, which allows us to track and trace every movement of your records. We store and manage both hard copy documents and computer media. Our facilities are equipped with state of the art fire safety and security systems and specialist vaults for critical business information.
Shred-it confidentially destroys all of your sensitive documents onsite outside your premises. You can witness the shredding as it takes place, ensuring peace of mind that all material has been completely destroyed. We provide a pre-scheduled service to meet your ongoing shredding needs, whereby we supply security bins free of charge throughout your office. We can also provide a purge service to confidentially destroy any historical bulk shredding requirements. All paper is forwarded for recycling once it has been shredded.
